The Kathleen Valley Project Team reflect on when they first arrived on site and its transformation from caravans in a clearing to an operation in production.

Developing this project took us on a journey. Friendships were formed, challenges were overcome and with a strong focus on our goal of production mid-2024, we achieved it.

There were so many challenges along the way at Kathleen Valley. As the project grew, the team grew and we were building not only a project but a company at the same time.

A strong sense of team is so important to us. We respect and care for everyone who is part of us, from our employees and contractors to the wider community we engage with. While powering a sustainable future is important work, we believe in having fun along the way.

We didn’t just aim to build a project; we set out to create a world-class project that exceeded expectations on a timeline many didn’t think possible. It was an ambitious goal, but we achieved it.
